We think organic waste should not be wasted anymore.
Perpetual Next pre-treats and converts organic residues into bio commodities for the highest value application in the market. Perpetual Next builds, owns and operates production facilities where organic waste streams are converted into bio commodities on an industrial scale. The demand for biocommodities is driven by regulatory measures and carbon pricing as a result of these measures.
And It will be impacted even further by the upcoming scarcity of raw materials. Oil and gas are projected to run out in just 40 to 60 years (source: Milieucentraal). Currently, 80% of global primary energy comes from coal, oil, and gas (source: Our World in Data). To secure a sustainable future, we must shift to renewable energy sources.
The remaining fossil still available is needed to invest in the energy- and raw materials transition. A shortage of raw materials poses a significant challenge for our industries. Industries we rely on for the production of many of our day-to-day products.
A growing world population, industrial growth and consumerism have put enormous pressure on the availability of fossil resources. At the same time, huge amounts of waste are being produced, dumped or disposed worldwide. Our planet is heating up and the climate is changing, with all the consequences that entails.
We build, own and operate production facilities that retrieve carbon and gas from organic waste. With our technologies, we help industries around the world become fossil-free and circular.
Waste is only waste if we waste it
Will.i.am
Perpetual Next builds, owns and operates production facilities that convert organic waste streams into bio commodities. The emphasis of the technology and application is on fossil gas & carbon avoidance and carbon removal: extracting CO₂ from the atmosphere and storing carbon in products that would otherwise end up in the atmosphere. In this way we help in the necessary raw materials transition and in our journey to a CO₂-neutral 2050.
If we take care of nature, nature will take care of us.
