Perpetual Next has engaged Fluor to act as Owner’s Engineer for its planned biomethanol facility in Delfzijl. The plant will convert residual biomass into renewable methanol, offering a circular, low-carbon alternative to fossil-based methanol.
The first step in this collaboration is to elevate the current design and project definition package - improving maturity, strengthening CAPEX certainty, and enabling well-informed decisions for the next development phase.
Fluor’s extensive engineering and project delivery expertise will support critical design choices and ensure a solid foundation for reliable execution.
Together, we are laying the groundwork for the next generation of circular fuels and accelerating the transition to a climate, neutral economy, starting in the Netherlands.
