Despite closed borders, the construction of the Baltania torrefaction plant in Estonia continues in coronation time. The reactor and pellitiser building have been given a roof and the floor in the production hall has been poured.
The dryer is installed by in-house construction personnel under the supervision of the supplier via webcams. Thanks to the creativity of the team, there is only minimal delay and the first two torrefaction reactors can enter the so-called 'cold commissioning' process.
