Patent granted and activated

Perpetual Next’s basic patent in the field of Carbonisation and Torrefaction has been granted on 15 Feb 2023 and has been activated recently in 16 European countries.
The patent specifies the optimum way to guarantee a self sustaining process, in which no external heat is required apart from start-up, an insight that
has been obtained after many years of developing plants in this field in the UK, Belgium and Estonia.
The protection it offers is broad, as has been very recently confirmed by independent IP experts in a DD process.
An important step forward in our mission towards a beautiful new industry.
